The aptly named Crystal Symphony will be transformed into a floating concert hall this June on an 11-day Baltic voyage from Oslo to Stockholm by way of Copenhagen, Helsinki, and St. Petersburg.A distinguished group of artists, composers, and lecturers will headline the luxury cruise, including mezzo-soprano Frederica von Stade, classical violinist Leila Josefowicz, composer Jake Heggie, and conductor Joel Revzen, among others.
Both live performances and lectures will be featured, along with music instruction and lessons and classical performances in St. Petersburg, including one at the Hermitage. The port stop in St. Petersburg spans three full days.
